Vamana – Therapeutic Detoxification

Vamana is a specialized physician-supervised Panchakarma procedure in which controlled therapeutic emesis (induced vomiting) is performed after proper preparation. It is indicated for selected conditions involving aggravated Kapha Dosha, such as certain respiratory disorders, skin diseases, obesity, and metabolic conditions.

Virechana – Therapeutic Purgation

Virechana is a classical physician-supervised Panchakarma procedure involving controlled therapeutic purgation (induced bowel evacuation) performed after appropriate preparatory therapies. It is primarily indicated for disorders associated with aggravated Pitta Dosha, including selected skin diseases, liver and digestive disorders, metabolic conditions, and certain chronic inflammatory diseases.

Basti – Ayurvedic Medicated Enema Therapy

Basti is a classical physician-supervised Panchakarma procedure in which medicated oils, herbal decoctions, or other Ayurvedic formulations are administered through the rectal route according to classical protocols. Considered the primary treatment for Vata Dosha disorders, Basti is indicated in selected conditions such as arthritis, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal diseases, digestive disorders, and certain gynecological conditions.

Shirodhara – Mind Calm Ritual

Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which a continuous stream of warm medicated oil or other prescribed liquids is gently poured over the forehead for a specified duration. Performed under the supervision of qualified Ayurvedic physicians, Shirodhara is recommended in selected conditions such as stress-related disorders, hairfall, dandruff, insomnia, anxiety, certain neurological conditions, and psychosomatic illnesses.

Nasya – Ayurvedic Nasal Therapy

Nasya is a classical physician-supervised Panchakarma procedure in which medicated oils, herbal juices, or powdered formulations are administered through the nasal passages according to classical Ayurvedic principles. It is primarily indicated for selected disorders affecting the head, neck, and upper respiratory tract, including sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, migraine, cervical disorders, certain neurological conditions, and voice disorders.

Abhyanga – Medicated Oil Massage

Abhyanga is a classical Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which warm medicated oils are systematically applied over the body using specific massage techniques. Selected according to the individual's Prakriti, Dosha imbalance, and clinical condition, Abhyanga helps improve circulation, nourish the tissues, support musculoskeletal health, and prepare the body for Panchakarma procedures. It is commonly recommended in selected cases of joint and muscle disorders, stress-related conditions, neurological disorders, and as part of preventive and rejuvenative Ayurvedic care.

Swedana – Ayurvedic Detox Steam Therapy

A therapeutic herbal steam treatment that helps eliminate toxins from the body, relieve stiffness, and open the body’s channels for better healing and flexibility.

Leech Therapy – Jalaukavacharana

Leech Therapy (Jalaukavacharana) is a classical physician-supervised para-surgical procedure described in Ayurveda, involving the controlled application of medicinal leeches to remove impure blood from a localized area. It is indicated in selected conditions such as non-healing wounds, varicose vein, localized inflammatory disorders, certain skin diseases, and vascular congestion.
